Protocol for ALL

Has been diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia) on 19/08/12(Sat). Protocol 1A The very first chemo given i.e. Vicristine (VCR) on the Sat itself. Prescribed orally intake with 1) Aluminum Hydroxide 2) Allopurino & 3) Prednisolone for 1 week. Subsequently replaced by Dexamethasone for another 36 days. BMA (bone marrow aspiration) taken on 36 day for BMA & MRD. MRD result from S'pore shows significant result with BMA blast constitute @ 3%. Protocol 1B Chemotherapy given was 1)Cyclo+ Mesna(2 days) 2) ARA-C (4 days) 3)Aspa(1 day). Chemo drug- 6MP (Mercaptopurine)+ Bactrium ( Mon,Wed & Fri) Protocol M1 ( 15/10/12-Mon ) + Chemoport Insertion Has been admitted immediately after the daycare. Chemoprt insertion only done on 16/10/12(Tue) night. Was given MTX for 24 hours & folinic acid for rescue, 6 hourly for 4 times. MTX level's result(1st) - 10.23 ; MTX level's result(2nd) - 0.19 ( Reference <0.4 ) for discharge. Admitted on Mon & discharged on Sat (20/10/12). Appointment for daycare 24/10/12 (Wed), FBC shows need red cells transfusion as the reading was HB:8.1 ; WBC: 1++ ; PH: 163 & ANC: 0.97. 6MP has cut doen from 1/2 to 1/4. Protocol M2 Supposed to be admitted for M2 but the ANC shows below 1 i.e. 0.90. Need to stop the 6mp as instructed by Dr.Vida Jawin.
